If you feel your wallet isn’t up to par or functionally the way it should you may contact us (NotchUSAsales@gmail.com) and we’ll do what we can to make sure the product is right. Every purchase of a NotchUSA wallet is just the start of bringing simplicity to your everyday.

TERMS:

Notch USA Guarantees every wallet will function for everyday usage. Our functioning is defined as the holding of all cards (12) and the hardware is held to the metal outter shell to the RFID blocking inner.

 

The warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic blemishes (scrapes, scuffs, scratches or just overall wear and tear); damages caused by neglect (rust), abuse, accident.

Lost or stolen items are not cover by NotchUSA.

Unauthorized modifications or repair will not be cover by NotchUSA.

Loss due to shipping carrier until the claim with the carrier is resolved. 

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

A picture of the damaged wallet and/or parts will be requested as part of the warranty assessment and should be emailed to NotchUSAsales@gmail.com
